On November 6, 2025, the Boston Bruins secured their longest winning streak in over a year by defeating the Ottawa Senators 3-2 in overtime at TD Garden.
The decisive goal came with just under six seconds left in overtime, allowing Boston to continue their successful run. This victory marks the Bruins' fifth consecutive win, their best streak since January.
“These guys are giving me everything they got,” Bruins coach Marco Sturm said postgame. “Everybody knows me now and knows what I want out of them. I’m very happy with how we approach every game structure-wise now.”
The Bruins have faced early deficits seven times this season by allowing the first goal within the first three shots on goal. Four of those instances happened with Joonas Korpisalo in net, and three with Jeremy Swayman.
