Netflix has unveiled the chilling opening five minutes of Stranger Things Season 5, transporting viewers back to Hawkins in 1983, the year Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) disappeared. This early glimpse sets a tense mood ahead of the season's release.
The first episode, titled The Crawl, begins deep in the dark forest of the Upside Down. Will Byers is shown alone, terrified, and encountering a looming threat.
"Will is alone and petrified, and is having an eerie encounter. We get a glimpse of the portentous Demogorgon, ready to attack him, forcing him to run through the forest."
Despite Will's desperate attempt to escape, the Demogorgon catches him and delivers him into the hands of Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower), who emerges menacingly from the shadows.
Stranger Things Season 5 is one of the year’s most anticipated releases. The newly released footage has doubled fans' excitement as they eagerly await Volume 1’s debut on November 26.
