In a heartfelt interview, Malala Yousafzai shared how she unexpectedly relived traumatic memories of the Taliban attack after trying Bong with friends.
Malala explained, “I tried Bong with my friends, and suddenly, as soon as it entered my body, it took a sharp turn. And I was reliving the Taliban attack flashbacks.” She revealed how these traumatic memories can unexpectedly resurface despite efforts to move on.

Malala described how she eventually decided to seek therapy following these emotional struggles. “It was months later that I considered therapy… and it was only when a friend suggested that I see a therapist. She reminded me that it is common in college for kids to get therapy.”
