Emmy winner Sarah Snook, best known for her role in Succession, leads Peacock’s psychological thriller All Her Fault, an adaptation of Andrea Mara’s bestselling novel. The eight-episode series debuted on November 6, 2025.
Snook portrays Marissa, a driven wealth manager whose young son, Milo, mysteriously disappears during a playdate. Marissa and her husband Peter, played by Jake Lacy (Apples Never Fall), believe their child is safe until she arrives to pick him up—only to discover he’s gone without a trace.
As both star and executive producer, Snook opened up about exploring the psychological intensity of the story during a press conference for the series. She emphasized her effort to portray the emotional truth behind the experience of a mother facing unimaginable loss.
“It is high drama, but it’s about finding the kernel of truth in those emotions. What is it like to have your child go missing? That was the hardest challenge—to keep it real, not exaggerated,” said Snook.
“During the first read-through, I even wrote on the first page: ‘Must find different ways to cry.’ Because I was constantly crying, trying to navigate every level of fear and grief,” she added.
Author’s Summary: Sarah Snook delivers an intense, truthful portrayal of a mother enduring every parent’s worst nightmare in Peacock’s dark, emotional thriller All Her Fault.
