The 2025 series of I’m a Celebrity... promises an exciting lineup, including Jack Osbourne, who will be participating with his family’s support just months after his father Ozzy’s passing.
The much-anticipated cast has been officially announced ahead of the show’s premiere on November 16. This year’s group features a diverse mix, from reality TV personalities to rappers.
Former EastEnders star Shona McGarty, who portrayed Whitney Dean from 2009 to 2024, will be trading Albert Square for the jungle this season.
“Jungle bosses have been keen to sign up the soap queen for ages. Shona is Walford royalty and hugely popular with TV viewers, she’s got bags of charisma and producers think she’ll be a great campmate,” a source said.
“Fans haven’t seen much of her away from Enders, so I’m A Celeb will be an opportunity for her to show a completely different side to her personality.”
Recently single after ending her engagement with musician David Bracken, Shona is enthusiastic about this new challenge.
“They are on amicable terms, but have ended their romantic relationship. There are no hard feelings, they realised they wanted different things and are better off as friends. Shona is now focusing on her music and career.”
This year’s I’m a Celebrity... is set to unveil new sides of well-known personalities while delivering entertaining and fresh experiences in the Australian jungle.
