Esports tournament organiser StarLadder has entered a new partnership with gaming hardware brand Corsair for the upcoming StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 Counter-Strike 2 tournament. This marks a fresh collaboration ahead of the year’s second Major event for the popular shooter.
According to StarLadder’s announcement, customers will benefit from a 10% discount on Corsair’s wide selection of gaming gear available on its website as part of the promotional campaign.
Corsair has a long history in competitive gaming. In 2019, the company served as the title sponsor of the DreamHack Masters series, underlining its deep ties to the Counter-Strike esports community.
More recently, Corsair shifted its attention from event sponsorships to educational collaborations. In May 2024, it partnered with Dundee and Angus College to equip a dedicated studio with cutting-edge products and give students access to professional-grade hardware.
Corsair becomes the third announced partner for the StarLadder Budapest Major, scheduled from November 24 to December 14, 2025. It joins Esports Charts and fellow gaming peripherals brand ZOWIE, each contributing to the event’s expanding partnership network.
This will be the second Valve-sanctioned Major organised by StarLadder. The company previously hosted the Berlin Major in 2019, where Astralis claimed its fourth Major championship.
“Corsair’s return to event partnership marks a significant moment for both brands and underlines the importance of industry collaboration in esports.”
