Rico Nasty invited Hayley Williams as a surprise guest during her concert at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles last night. Williams, the lead singer of Paramore, joined Rico on stage for a live rendition of “Smack a Bitch,” a hit from Rico's 2020 debut album, Nightmare Vacation.
The two artists shared vocals and danced together before embracing as the audience cheered loudly. Rico expressed excitement to the crowd, saying,
“You guys had no idea!”
Williams waved goodbye as the performance ended. This concert marked the final stop of Rico’s Lethal North American tour, which began in September at Riot Fest. The tour supported her latest album, Lethal, released in May. It is Rico’s third full studio album and her first with Fueled by Ramen.
Williams and Rico Nasty previously shared the stage in 2023 when Rico appeared at Paramore’s headline show at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles to perform “Misery Business.” Reflecting on that experience, Rico told Billboard,
“It was an amazing experience. And it felt like, I don’t know, my inner child really jumped out. And I hadn’t seen her in a while – on stage, backstage, among the team. So I was like, ‘Wow, like this feels nice.’ And then I got to talk to Hayley.”
Their ongoing collaboration continues to excite fans and highlight their mutual respect and artistic chemistry.
