Kössler has developed a notable coaching career, working with leading teams such as the Vienna Vikings and the Paris Musketeers. At every position, he significantly contributed to player development and team performance. In 2025, he served as the wide receivers coach for the Vienna Vikings before advancing to this new leadership role in Innsbruck.
