Matthieu Busschaert Appointed General Manager at Creekside Hotel Dubai
United Hospitality Management (UHM) has announced the appointment of Matthieu Busschaert as the General Manager of the soon-to-open Creekside Hotel Dubai by Accor. With more than twenty years of international leadership in the hospitality industry, Busschaert has built a career shaping exceptional guest experiences across ultra-luxury, lifestyle, and boutique hotels in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Prior to this new role, Busschaert served as General Manager of the MGallery Hotel Collection in Manila. During his tenure, he successfully led the pre-opening phase, making the property one of only five hotels included in the Michelin Guide Philippines in both 2024 and 2025.
Under his management, the hotel achieved guest satisfaction ratings above 95 percent and gained recognition for its service excellence and personalized guest experiences.
