The FIFA World Cup will take place in Canada next year, with several prominent Canadian musicians participating in a special project. Canada Soccer announced a new program unveiling an album featuring many of the country's top artists. The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be hosted in Toronto, Vancouver, and 14 other North American cities.
The album, called Perfect Pitch, includes contributions from Alessia Cara, Charlotte Cardin, Loud Luxury, Nelly Furtado, The Tragically Hip, and Zeds Dead. All artists are collaborating under the guidance of Grammy-winning producer Boi-1da.
“The energy around this project has been incredible. It’s inspiring to see so many iconic Canadian artists come together. What we’re creating isn’t just an album, it’s a cultural statement. The music represents every corner of the country, and I’m proud of how collaborative and inclusive the process has been,” said Boi-1da.
The album will feature original songs, re-imagined tracks, and unique collaborations from some of Canada's most celebrated musicians. It is scheduled for release before the FIFA World Cup begins across North America in June 2026.
