A recent study by the CR Legal Team highlights the regions where residents most actively seek personal injury legal support, exposing notable regional differences in Americans' pursuit of justice after life-altering incidents.
Connecticut leads the nation in interest for personal injury legal representation. According to the study, it has an average of 1,145 searches per 100,000 residents annually, which is 193.6% above the national average of 390 searches. The total search volume reached 42,440 among the state's population of 3,707,120.
Following closely, Louisiana ranks second with 1,136 searches per 100,000 residents annually — 191.3% higher than the national average. The state logged 52,340 searches from its population of 4,607,410.
The CR Legal Team conducted its research using Google Keyword Planner data, analyzing search terms related to “personal injury lawyer” across all 50 states. By calculating average monthly searches per 100,000 residents, the study identified states with the strongest interest in personal injury legal services.
