Role Overview
As Ambassadors Program Manager, you will play a key role in engaging and empowering the global community of HomeExchange brand ambassadors. This position focuses on building strong relationships with members, nurturing their motivation, and supporting their activities to strengthen the brand’s visibility and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to engage the ambassador community.
- Create initiatives that inspire ambassadors to share their experiences.
- Coordinate communications and events to build consistency and cohesion among ambassadors.
- Track ambassador engagement and provide insights to improve community growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align ambassador actions with broader marketing goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in community management or ambassador programs.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Passionate about travel, cultural exchange, and community building.
