FMCSA Extends Medical Certification Waiver
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has extended a waiver to help states comply with new federal medical certification regulations for commercial drivers.
A dozen states - Alaska, California, Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Vermont, and Wyoming - are still not compliant with the new regulations.
