Icelandair has retired its Boeing 757-256, 'Hekla Aurora', featuring a special Northern Lights livery after nearly 10 years of service.
The aircraft, registered TF-FIU, completed its last flight on October 12, 2025, with a farewell scenic flight over Iceland.
The jet would "fly low" to afford passengers optimum visibility.
