Sikorsky and Boeing unveiled concepts for new large unmanned platforms on Monday.
Sikorsky's U-Hawk is based on the UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter, aiming to fly in 2026, while Boeing detailed its tiltrotor CxR platform, envisioned as a loyal wingman.
Both firms aim to inform customers' potential requirements for deploying such systems to support future combat and contested logistics missions.
These new capabilities are being highlighted at the Association of the U.S. Army Conference in Washington, D.C.
