A car crashed into the Blossman Gas building in West Pensacola on Monday afternoon, causing injuries.
The incident occurred around 1 p.m. at 3075 Michigan Avenue. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 39-year-old man from Elberta drove his pickup truck through the building and was seriously injured.
The 39-year-old driver became distracted while on his phone before crashing through the building.
The truck went over a curb, causing a blowout to the right front wheel, and the driver lost control, traveling across the parking lot of a dentist office and eventually crashing into the building.
