Lindale, Kilgore battle for district supremacy in Game of the Week
The Kilgore Bulldogs head to Lindale on Friday night to battle the Eagles with a potential district championship on the line in our Red Zone Game of the Week.
Lindale and Kilgore have met nine times since 2004, with Kilgore holding a 6-3 advantage and winning the last five meetings.
Last year, Kilgore won 42-21 and have won the last five games against Lindale by an average of 21 points.
In the nine meetings, Kilgore has averaged 48.5 points per game, while Lindale has averaged 40.2.
Lindale (6-0, 2-0) has picked up district wins over Chapel Hill (64-28) and Palestine (43-14), while Kilgore (6-1, 3-0) has district wins over Pine Tree (35-7), Henderson (27-12) and Chapel Hill (28-7).
