Microsoft publishes Windows 10 $30 ESU (Extended security updates) in the Store

Windows 10 Extended Security Updates

Windows 10 has reached its End of Life on October 14, 2025, but users can extend its lifespan with the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program.

To enroll in the ESU program, users can click "Enroll now" on the Windows Update page, link their Microsoft account, and sync Settings to OneDrive.

According to Microsoft, users in the EU only need a Microsoft account for free Windows 10 ESU, while users outside the region also need to sync Settings to OneDrive.

Alternatively, users in the US can use Microsoft Rewards points (1,000) to sign up for Windows 10 ESU.

For those who prefer not to use a Microsoft account or do not have Rewards points, Microsoft offers a $30 ESU subscription, which is now available in the Store.
