A Superior Court judge rejected Glock's attempt to dismiss the lawsuit launched by New Jersey against the company.
According to the lawsuit, Glock allegedly produced semi-automatic pistols that can easily be converted into rapid-fire guns.

New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin celebrated the judge's decision, stating that the court rejected every one of Glock's arguments in their motion to dismiss.
The lawsuit will continue, with the state seeking to hold Glock accountable for their alleged actions.
