CAF CL Qualifiers: Remo Stars Advance to Final Round
Remo Stars have progressed to the final round of the 2025/26 CAF Champions League qualifiers, defeating Comoros' US Zilimadjou 5-0 on aggregate.
The Nigerian team won the first leg 4-0 at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, and completed the triumph with a 1-0 finish away at the Stade de Moroni in Comoros.
Alex Oyowah scored the sole goal in the 75th minute with a penalty, after a defender handled the ball inside the box. Remo Stars will face Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa in the final round in October.
