Ports and Harbors Director Geno Marconi's lawyers have requested that Attorney General John Formella testify at his upcoming criminal trial.
Marconi, 74, faces two felonies and four misdemeanors for allegedly providing confidential motor vehicle records and deleting investigation-related phone messages.
