Field Hockey Dominates Dartmouth 4–0
Princeton's field hockey team secured a comfortable 4–0 victory over Dartmouth, marking another win in their Ivy League games.
The Tigers, ranked 6th with a 7–3 overall record and 3–1 in the Ivy League, outplayed unranked Dartmouth, who have a 1–8 overall record and 0–4 in the Ivy League.
The game was dominated by the Tigers from the start. Following their win against Yale, they aimed to set the tone early and executed their plan successfully. First-year midfielder Caitlin Thompson scored her first career goal just 58 seconds into the game, capitalizing on the first corner of the day.
The short corner call was for me to score. I expected to get the ball, and I was able to do the right thing and score. I was relieved for myself and happy for the team. We wanted to go out and score early, and we did.
