Elena Rybakina Achieves Unprecedented Feat in 2025
Elena Rybakina has qualified for the WTA Finals after defeating Victoria Mboko in the Pan Pacific Open quarterfinals, winning 6-3, 7-6.
With this victory, Rybakina denied Mirra Andreeva a spot in the WTA Finals, which will take place in Saudi Arabia in November.
Rybakina's win also earned her revenge against Mboko, two months after losing to her in the Canadian Open semifinals.
