Conner Mantz Breaks North American Record at Chicago Marathon

Conner Mantz, from Utah, became the fastest marathoner in the U.S. by finishing fourth overall at the 2025 Chicago Marathon.

Canada's Rory Linkletter finished ninth overall with a new personal best of 2:06:49.

Mantz broke the 23-year-old American record, previously held by Khalid Khannouchi, with a time of 2:04:43, also lowering Cam Levins's North American area record to under 2:05.
