Innovative Biomedical Solutions from Taipei at MEDICA 2025
The global healthcare sector faces significant challenges, including aging populations, staff shortages, and increasing quality demands.
With the support of the Taipei City Government, six companies from Taipei will present innovative biotech and medical device solutions at MEDICA 2025, held in Düsseldorf from November 17-20.
One such innovation is Neurobit's NeuroSwift Pro system, which addresses the issue of early minor lesions being missed in neurological care, leading to delayed diagnoses.
Neurobit's system transforms subtle physiological signals, such as eye movements, pupil responses, and vestibular data, into digital markers for high-risk brain disorders.
- The AI-assisted system accurately detects early signs of abnormal nystagmus in Parkinson's disease.
- It also detects central vertigo and post-concussion syndrome.
Author's summary: Taipei companies showcase innovative biomedical solutions.
