Hauser Fire Department Continues to Operate After Station Fire
The Hauser Fire Department in Oregon is persevering after its building burned down three weeks ago.
Despite the challenges, the department is currently operating from a donated RV. Chief Jerry Wharton notes that working out of a vehicle presents numerous difficulties.
"Every time you turn around you have another challenge because you go to do stuff like normal, that stuff’s not there anymore,”
says Chief Wharton. The department is updating the public on its status and continues to serve the community from its temporary location.
