Penn State Fires Head Coach James Franklin
Penn State has parted ways with head coach James Franklin after 11½ seasons, following a 22-21 loss to Northwestern at Beaver Stadium on Saturday.
Franklin brought Penn State out of a dark time in program history when he took the job in 2014, but could never compete against college football's elite programs.
