Arkansas men's basketball coach John Calipari brought his team to Hot Springs as part of the Tip-Off Tour, a mission to engage with the rest of the state.
This scrimmage at Bank OZK Arena was the first time the team played in front of a crowd, aside from an uncompetitive scrimmage at Primetime at the Palace on Oct. 3.
"It's good because we need to play against [Cincinnati and Memphis in exhibitions],"
Calipari said. Forward Malique Ewin added,
"It was fun, just getting out and exploring Arkansas a little more... Just playing with each other, that's it."
The team was mostly healthy, with Karim Rtail being the only player unavailable.
