Nor'easter to Bring Major Flooding and Strong Winds
A powerful coastal storm is expected to hit the Philadelphia region, bringing heavy rains and gusts up to 60 mph. New Jersey has declared a state of emergency, effective 11 p.m. Saturday, which will continue into Monday.

According to Paul Fitzsimmons, a lead meteorologist at the National Weather Service Office in Mount Holly, the storm may last through Monday. The weather service has issued several advisories and watches, including a warning for "major" flooding along the Jersey coast.
