Ignite National Technology Fund has announced the reopening of enrolments for DigiSkills 3.0 (Batch-02), offering 300,000 free training seats to support Pakistan’s digital skills and freelancing ecosystem. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis until filled.
Launched in 2018 under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, DigiSkills is the largest online learning platform in Pakistan. Developed in partnership with the Virtual University of Pakistan, it has trained over four million learners from more than 300 cities nationwide, including 800,000 women, advancing digital inclusion and entrepreneurship.
“Due to high demand, enrolments will close immediately once all 300,000 seats are filled,” stated a DigiSkills spokesperson.
The new DigiSkills 3.0 batch will commence in December 2025. This initiative continues the government’s effort to increase digital literacy and equip youth with employable skills.
The upgraded DigiSkills 3.0 was approved in April 2025 with a budget allocation of Rs. 1 billion to further support its goals.
