Marshalltown Man Charged After Multiple Threatening Incidents
A 25-year-old Marshalltown man, Donavan Elvie Perdue, was arrested and charged in connection with a series of alleged threatening incidents.
According to the Marshalltown Police Department (MPD), officers responded to a report of harassment on Sunday in the 800 Block of East Main Street.
The suspect had been alarming residents in the area by making threatening gestures, trespassing, and damaging private property.
