Trump Commutes George Santos' Prison Sentence
President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he is commuting! the prison sentence of former Congressman George Santos.
In a social media post, Trump explained that he recently thought about Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal, who claimed for years to be a Vietnam veteran, only to be exposed as "a COMPLETE AND TOTAL FRAUD."
"This is far worse than what George Santos did, and at least Santos had the Courage, Conviction, and Intelligence to ALWAYS VOTE REPUBLICAN!"
Trump also stated that Santos "has been in solitary confinement for long stretches of time and, by all accounts, has been horribly mistreated."
