Cape Breton Capers midfielder Max Piepgrass was named the Atlantic University Sport men's soccer conference most valuable player for the 2025 season.
Piepgrass, a Calgary product, finished the regular season in the top 10 in league scoring with five goals and eight points in nine games.
The 21-year-old is in his fourth season with the Cape Breton club, with 21 points including 15 goals.
He missed the start of the season with the Capers while playing in the Canadian Premier League with Cavalry FC.
