Holberg Road Closed Due to Mudslides
Holberg Road has been closed outside of Holberg due to a mudslide, with reports of several other slides in the area.
"The slide occurred on Northeast 60 Road at approximately the 14k mark," said Dane Cameron, the Regional District of Mount Waddington's emergency program coordinator.
According to Cameron, Western Forests Products is assessing the situation to develop an action plan for debris removal. The slide has affected 47 BC Hydro customers, who are currently without power.
