Strong Tuolumne DUI Conviction Rate Secures More Grant Funding
The Tuolumne County District Attorney’s Office has announced that it will receive additional state funding to continue its work.
The DUI Prosecution Unit, which consists of just one employee, has secured a grant of $245,335.00 for the 2025-2026 grant year.
According to the D.A.'s office, the unit achieved 325 convictions in its first year, with a state funding of $208,238 that expired at the end of last month.
The District Attorney’s Office is excited to continue our specialized focus on improving roadway safety through the next grant year.
