Accusations made against the CFMEU's administrator have been rejected as "disgraceful" by Employment Minister Amanda Rishworth.
Labor has backed the administrator of the CFMEU against claims relating to ongoing allegations of misconduct within the union.

Minister Rishworth said, dismissing the "absolutely baseless claims" in parliament.
The coalition has called for a parliamentary inquiry into the administration, claiming it had avoided parliament and "proper scrutiny".
