Sedriques Dumas, a middleweight with a troubled past, including an arrest earlier this year for an alleged home invasion, faced Donte Johnson on the UFC Vegas 110 preliminary card. Despite his personal struggles, Dumas had a 3-3, 1NC record in the UFC after joining in 2023 from the Contender Series.
Donte Johnson, a fellow DWCS graduate, entered his promotional debut with a perfect 6-0 record. The fight began with Johnson closing the distance, but Dumas quickly changed levels and secured a single-leg takedown. However, Johnson remained composed, used the cage effectively, and worked his way back to his feet.
