Disqualified Driver Caught Behind the Wheel in Letterkenny
A driver has been arrested after being caught driving while disqualified in the Letterkenny area.
The detection was made by gardaí over the weekend, and it was found that the driver had no insurance and had failed to surrender their driving licence as required.
The driver was arrested and charged to appear in court. The car was seized.
In a separate incident, Gardaí from Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit seized a van that had no tax or test, and the driver had no insurance. Court proceedings will follow.
