AI Property Management Platform Gaining Ground
VerbaFlo, an AI property management platform, now powers 25% of all Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) beds in the UK, equivalent to 168,000 beds.
The platform automates customer interactions across various channels, including voice, email, webchat, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- VerbaFlo has now expanded into five new European markets: the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Austria, and Germany.
- The company plans to further expand into build-to-rent, co-living, HMO, and universities.
