Data center infrastructure provider Tate is investing $61.2 million in a new facility in Glasgow, creating 400 full-time manufacturing jobs.
The 764,000-square-foot facility will be the company's largest North American location and its first in Kentucky.
"We're delighted to become part of the Glasgow community," said Daniel Kennedy, Tate's Global President of Cloud Solutions and Innovation.
Tate's parent company, Kingspan Group PLC, confirmed the plans at their Ireland headquarters, with state and local leaders coordinating to bring the new manufacturing operation to Glasgow.
