Action Across the Nation to Ban Greyhound Racing
Our second week of action in the campaign to end greyhound racing kicked off on October 18th with a demonstration at Brighton and Hove racetrack and an outreach day in Saltburn, 300 miles away.
Thanks to the amazing work of Shut Down Campaigns and dedicated activists, actions took place across the nation, promoting the campaign and calling for the closure of local tracks.
Since the campaign launched, we have already surpassed our first target of 10,000 signatures on the government petition, but we need to reach 100,000 to trigger a parliamentary debate.
