Ferrari is pleased to announce a multi-year contract extension with James Calado, a collaboration that started in 2014.
Originally from Worcester, England, Calado has won three Drivers’ and Manufacturers’ World Championships with Ferrari in the LMGTE Pro category of the FIA World Endurance Championship.
He drove the AF Corse team’s 488 GTE alongside Alessandro Pier Guidi and achieved two LMGTE class victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2019 and 2021.
In 2023, Calado won the overall victory at the Centenary 24 Hours of Le Mans with the number 51 499P.
With Ferrari, Calado has achieved 27 wins and 62 podium finishes over 130 races, including his first podium in 2014 at the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps.
Ferrari official driver won three Drivers’ and Manufacturers’ World Championships with the Maranello-based brand.
