COUSIN Production Company Launches with Ariel Martin as First Director
COUSIN, a new production company founded by Nick Simkins, former Executive Producer at Finch, has commenced operations.
During Simkins' tenure at Finch, the company won numerous Production Company of the Year awards, including at CICLOPE Asia, SHOTS Asia Pacific, and Campaign Brief's THE WORK, as well as the AWARD Awards in 2025.
Award-winning director Ariel Martin is the first director to join the company's roster, with more announcements to follow soon.
I’ve known Nick since I was 22 when he hired me to make coffees as a bright-eyed runner. I’ve long thought he was primed to build a production company around his ethos that’s made him a leading EP: director focused, good taste, deep relationships.
