An 84-year-old woman, Yvonne Hayes, has secured a partial victory in the High Court after enduring years of "violent attacks and intimidation" from her neighbours.
A High Court judge described the neighbours as
'disliking each other to the greatest possible degree'following their nine-year feud.
Allegations against the neighbours include spitting, shooting, and throwing dog poo at Mrs. Hayes, with the judge branding their actions a
'campaign of terror'.
Mrs. Hayes, from Liss in Hampshire, was granted an interim anti-harassment injunction against 76-year-old Peter Overton, but her requests for further injunctions were dismissed.
The properties in Liss, where the incident occurred, are valued at around £1 million.
