Mosman to Rebrand as Quantum Helium
Mosman Oil & Gas, based in Australia, is set to rebrand as Quantum Helium after raising £2.17m in capital.
Executive Chairman Carl Dumbrell announced the upcoming rebrand at the gasworld Helium Super Summit, stating:
This is probably the last video we will do with the name ‘Mosman’ … Where we are, in Austin, we are referring to us as ‘Quantum Helium’. It’s about who we are becoming.
The company is advancing US helium projects, including a "world class" helium project undergoing a definitive scientific assessment.
The rebrand follows a £500,000 retail offer, taking the total capital raise to £2.17m.
