Nathan McSweeney Hits First Sheffield Shield Century for South Australia

Nathan McSweeney has scored his first Sheffield Shield century for South Australia, giving his team hope of a win against Western Australia.

McSweeney's ton, along with 84 runs from Henry Hunt, helped South Australia reach 4-297 at stumps on day three, leading WA by 205 runs.

After a brief stint in the Test side last summer, McSweeney has been working to regain his form. He was thrown into the deep end, opening against India, but has been solid since being dropped after his third Test in December.

McSweeney has hit his first century since last summer's brief stint in the Test side.
