Wallaby Carter Gordon Returns to Rugby Union
Carter Gordon, a code-hopper, has officially returned to rugby union. Rugby Australia and the Queensland Reds have confirmed his signing as a playmaker until the end of 2028, effective this month.
Gordon was previously under contract with the NRL side Gold Coast Titans since leaving the code in 2024. His return was reported by multiple outlets last week.
Meanwhile, Dylan Pledger impressed against Waikato in the NPC and is likely to be on tour. He is considered one of New Zealand's best halfbacks, despite not having played for the Highlanders yet.
